Scanning sonar transducers from 650 kHz to 2.25 MHz
The BBUA-SS series supports scanning sonar, underwater profile measurement, short-range underwater imaging and submerged-target search. Its five frequency configurations have distinct beam, electrical and operating characteristics, so every value below remains bound to its stated frequency.

The documented housing material is aluminum for the 650 kHz, 750 kHz and 1.2 MHz configurations, and composite material for the 1.5 MHz configuration. The independently specified weight of the 1.2 MHz configuration is 10 g ±5%.
