BBWD-20KP2000 20 kHz 2000 W Ultrasonic Welding Transducer

BBWD-20KP2000 20 kHz 2000 W ultrasonic welding transducer

BBWD-20KP2000 Product Overview

The BBWD-20KP2000 is a piezoelectric transducer for industrial ultrasonic welding equipment. With a nominal frequency of 20 kHz and a rated power of 2000 W, it converts the high-frequency electrical energy supplied by an ultrasonic generator into mechanical vibration. A booster and sonotrode then transmit this vibration to the weld area.

The product range includes nominal frequencies of 15, 18, 20, 28, and 35 kHz and rated power levels from 300 to 2600 W. Selection should be based on the generator frequency, required power, and available installation space.

Typical Applications

  • Ultrasonic welding of plastic components
  • Welding of nonwoven and synthetic materials
  • Packaging, sealing, and industrial assembly
  • Ultrasonic cutting and related industrial processing equipment
  • Automated ultrasonic welding systems

Selection Considerations

The nominal frequency of the transducer must match the ultrasonic generator, booster, and sonotrode. The required power, installation space, load conditions, and material being processed should also be confirmed before selecting the final configuration.
