Product Overview

The BBVM-FS10 is an ICP piezoelectric force sensor designed for vibration and dynamic testing. It measures dynamic tensile, compressive, and short-duration impact forces. Its center through-hole construction allows installation between a vibration exciter, mechanical structure, and test fixture for dynamic load measurement.

Used with a vibration exciter, the sensor supports excitation-force measurement and control. It can also be combined with acceleration or velocity sensors for mechanical impedance testing, modal testing, and structural dynamic analysis.

Operating Principle

When a dynamic load is applied, the internal piezoelectric element generates an electrical charge proportional to the force. Integrated ICP electronics convert this charge into a low-impedance voltage output for transmission, recording, and analysis through a signal conditioner and data acquisition system.

Installation Requirements
