BBVA-MOD Modulating Electric Valve Actuator with Position Feedback

BBVA-MOD modulating electric valve actuator with color display and manual controls

Product Overview

The BBVA-MOD is designed for continuous position control of ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, and other rotary valves. It accepts a 4–20 mA or 0–10 V control signal, positions the valve according to the setpoint, and provides a corresponding valve-position feedback signal. It is suitable for automatic regulation of gas and liquid flow.

The actuator covers an output torque range from 10 to 200 N·m and is available with OLED, LED, or LCD display configurations. The panel provides valve position, setpoint, operating status, and fault information, together with manual operation, valve-position calibration, and control-parameter settings.

Selection Guide

Selection should consider the maximum valve regulating torque, control signal, feedback signal, positioning accuracy, operating time, output shaft, and available installation space. Select the required RS485, wireless control, power-failure reset, multi-turn operation, and display options as part of the actuator configuration.
