Product Overview
BBUFM-P is a portable ultrasonic liquid flow meter for field testing, inspection, and flow verification. It uses the transit-time principle, and its clamp-on transducers are mounted outside the pipe using an alignment rail. No pipe cutting, process interruption, or contact with the liquid is required.
The transmitter, transducers, mounting accessories, and carrying case form a complete field measurement kit. The system can be moved quickly between measurement points and is suitable for water supply, wastewater, chemical processing, irrigation, and industrial process pipelines.
Key Features
- Portable kit for field inspection and temporary measurement
- Non-invasive clamp-on installation with no pressure loss or leakage risk
- Rechargeable battery providing approximately 16 hours of operation
- Color display and numeric keypad for convenient field setup
- Integrated transducer rail for positioning and spacing control
- 4–20 mA output
Typical Applications
- Pipeline inspection and flow verification
- Field comparison of installed flow meters
- Temporary measurement of industrial process lines
- Water supply, wastewater, and irrigation systems
- HVAC and energy-system water-flow testing
