BBUFM-F Fixed Clamp-on Ultrasonic Liquid Flow Meter

BBUFM-F fixed clamp-on ultrasonic liquid flow meter

Product Overview

BBUFM-F is a fixed ultrasonic liquid flow meter based on the transit-time measurement principle. Its clamp-on transducers are mounted outside the pipe, allowing installation without pipe cutting or process shutdown. It is designed for continuous flow monitoring in full pipes.

The meter measures instantaneous flow, velocity, forward total, reverse total, and net total. Typical applications include water supply, water treatment, chemical processing, irrigation, boiler systems, and industrial process pipelines.

Key Features

  • Non-invasive clamp-on measurement with no contact with the liquid
  • Designed for full pipes and tolerant of small amounts of bubbles or suspended solids
  • Forward, reverse, and net flow totalization
  • Analog, pulse, relay, and digital communication outputs
  • Standard and extended versions for different accuracy and pipe-size requirements
  • No moving parts, low pressure loss, and minimal maintenance

Typical Applications

  • Industrial circulating and cooling water
  • Water supply, raw water, and wastewater treatment
  • Chemical and industrial process liquids
  • Irrigation and water distribution networks
  • Boiler and energy-system flow monitoring
