Ultrasonic sensing for pulmonary function measurement
The BBMU-PFT200K is a 200 kHz ultrasonic transducer intended for pulmonary function instruments, spirometry, respiratory flow measurement and medical airflow sensing modules. Its documented reference range is 0.10 to 1.5 m.
The acoustic field is specified by a 10° ±10% half-power beam angle at -3 dB, supporting integration around the required acoustic path and the geometry of the respiratory sensing module.
