Ultrasonic double-sheet monitoring for material handling

Detection layout and electrical matching
For integration, define the acoustic path, target position and available mounting space for the actual paper, metal or plastic sheet. The drive and receive electronics should accommodate the 600 Ω minimum impedance, 560 pF capacitance at 1 kHz, and peak-voltage limit below 1,200 Vpp.
The transducer uses an M18 × 1.5 mounting thread and is specified for -40 to +80°C, up to 3 kgf or 0.3 MPa, with IP68 protection. The listed weight of 23 g ±5% applies with a 1 m cable.
