BBID-C Ultrasonic Liquid Concentration and Composition Transducers

BBID-C ultrasonic liquid analysis transducer set with a long cylindrical probe, coiled cable and two metal connector ends

Ultrasonic analysis of liquid concentration and composition

The BBID-C series covers center frequencies from 65 kHz to 2.1 MHz for battery electrolyte concentration, urea solution measurement, industrial liquid composition analysis, and sound-velocity or density measurement. The available frequency variants differ in electrical matching, operating temperature, pressure capability, housing material and acoustic characteristics.

Applications and selection

  • Battery electrolyte concentration measurement
  • Urea solution measurement
  • Industrial liquid composition analysis
  • Sound-velocity and density measurement

Frequency, electrical matching, temperature range, pressure rating, acoustic path and wetted material should be selected as one compatible configuration for the target liquid and instrument geometry.
