150 kHz transducer for pressurized gas measurement
The BBFM-Q150K is an ultrasonic gas flow measurement transducer for industrial gas flow meters, gas meters, gas velocity measurement and transit-time gas measurement modules. Its center frequency is specified as 150 kHz ±5%.
The pressure rating reaches 30 kgf or 3 MPa. The stated operating temperature is -40 to +80°C, and the enclosure has an IP68 protection rating.

Drive and receive electronics should be matched to the 500 Ω ±20% minimum impedance and the 900 pF ±20% capacitance specified at 1 kHz. Applied peak voltage must remain below 800 Vpp.
