Compact transducer for ultrasonic wind measurement
The BBFM-V225K is specified for 2D and 3D ultrasonic anemometers, meteorological monitoring, ventilation airflow measurement and industrial duct monitoring. Its center frequency is 225 kHz ±5%, and its reference range is 0.05 to 1.0 m.
The half-power beam angle is 9.2° ±10% at -3 dB. This beam geometry and the intended acoustic path should be considered when arranging the transducers in a wind speed and direction measurement system.

Integration requirements
The transmit and receive electronics should be matched to a minimum impedance of 1600 Ω ±20% and capacitance of 1200 pF ±20% at 1 kHz. Peak voltage must remain below 500 Vpp.
Use the dimensional drawing to verify mounting and alignment. Operation must stay within -40 to +80°C and no more than 3 kgf or 0.3 MPa, while retaining the specified IP68 protection.
