100 kHz distance sensing in air
The BBDM-100KR1P5M is an air-coupled ultrasonic transducer for short-range distance and presence sensing. Its 100 kHz center frequency and reference range of 0.15 to 1.5 m suit automation equipment that needs proximity detection, short-range positioning, object counting or compact level measurement.
A PTFE housing, IP68 protection rating and specified pressure limit of 0.3 MPa support integration where enclosure material and environmental sealing are important. The transducer weighs 570 g +/-5% with a 10 m cable.
